Jennifer founded Cornerstone Consulting to help non-profit organizations maximize philanthropy and advance their missions through effective major gift programs and innovative donor education strategies.

Jennifer is an accomplished fundraising professional and non-profit leader. In her 12 years of fundraising experience, she has worked for the University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Global Fund for Women. As Senior Director of Development at Children’s Hospital, Jennifer was instrumental in raising leadership gifts for the hospitals’ $350 million campaign. Serving as Vice President of Philanthropy for the Global Fund for Women, Jennifer led a fundraising team of 15 people, raising more than $15 million annually for women’s human rights. Jennifer is recognized as an insightful mentor and talented public speaker. Her experience in the fields of education, healthcare and human rights gives her knowledge of a variety of philanthropic circles.
